We charge based on the complexity of the work and the amount of materials that need to be removed. We are thorough but work very quickly. The average house clearing would take three to five days.
Our comprehensive quotation will be fully inclusive and include all costs associated with clearing the property and there will be no hidden surprises. The quote will include:
- Our time and expertise
- GST
- Appraisals and searching for documents or other items if requested
- Boxes, tape, wrapping materials and garbage bags
- Specialised equipment
- Research concerning unusual items
- Liaison with dealers and other professionals during the selling process
- Boxing up items for transport to a charity of your choice
- Removal of bulky items such as pianos, billiard tables, fridges and washing machines
- Removal of poisons, paints, oils and solvents that must be disposed of in an environmentally safe manner
- Removal of mattresses and tyres (extra tipping fees will apply)
- Removal of all rubbish via a skip or bin
- Requested extras such as cleaning of house at the end of the process.
